Course description
This course will provide participants with the skills and knowledge required to gather requirements, accurately define project scope, create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) that details all work components, and learn the elements involved in verifying and controlling scope.

Project success is directly influenced by capturing and managing project and product requirements that meet stakeholder needs and expectations. Defining Scope is one of the most important phases in any project and involves developing the scope statement. The scope statement provides a common understanding among stakeholders and enables the project team to perform detailed project planning including the criteria to determine if the project is successful.
