Main Campus
(at 4800 Calhoun Road, Houston)
- From Calhoun Road, turn right
onto University Drive.
- Turn left on TX-5-Spur N toward I-45 N.
- Take the Dallas Left exit onto I-45 N.
- Take left exit #46B/Lake Jackson/Freeport/Victoria onto TX-288 S.
- Take the Victoria exit onto US-59 S.
- Take the Westpark Tollway West exit onto West Park Tollway (Toll applies).
- Take the Mason Road exit onto FM 1093 RD(FM-1093 W).
- Turn right on South Mason Road.
- Make a U-Turn at Camden Bend onto South Mason Road, and the University of Houston will be on your right.

From Katy Freeway (1-10)
- Travel on Katy Freeway (1-10).
- Exit at Mason Road.
- Turn left onto Mason Road.
- Drive 4 miles to the University of Houston at Cinco Ranch, and the University of Houston will be on your right.

From Grand Parkway (TX 99)
- Travel on Grand Parkway (TX 99)
- Exit Westheimer Parkway.
- Turn right to go east on Mason Road.
- Then turn right and go one block to the University of Houston at Cinco Ranch, and the University of Houston will be on your right.
